2022 DOMAINE GUY MARDON "LA COUARDE" 750ML

Made from 27 year old vines, this cuvée is one of the most consistent Loire Sauvignon Blancs, always displaying an intense citrus herbaceousness. The vines are pruned short to restrict the yields and grapes are picked at full maturity. The wine is very aromatic, with the classic grassy scents of Sauvignon Blanc mixed with aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The palate follows the nose : it is bright, racy and juicy.
