2018 FE CABERNET SAUVIGNON SPRING MOUNTAIN DISTRICT 750ml

Tobacco, leather, plum, blackberry, black truffle, porcini, nutmeg, blueberry, cherry, creamy espresso. Very rich attack turns to chocolate, coffee, plum, cherry on the mid palate. Plump and plush, rich and smooth. Finishes with great length and tannins like velvet, plum, cherry, dark chocolate. Extremely light grain tannin.

Aged 19 months in 60% new, 40% once-used French Oak from Taransaud, Bossuet and Sylvain.
